I use this post office a lot since I work nearby and it is hands down the worst. Long line ALL the time with one slow lady who walks back and forth from a desk in the middle of the space(?) despite desks being available where the actual packages are. Its almost like a comedic parody in the vein of Mr Bean. It’s absurd, watching her slooooowly walk the entire length of the office, pull out her keys, find the right key, disappear for an indeterminate amount of time while presumably getting someone’s package/mail, Walk aaaall the way back, and ever so slowly accept payment for the transaction while 10 people are in line waiting and watching. Then watching her do it all over again for the next person. It’s agony and it’s like this every single day. I wish I could negative stars.

The location is clean & very convenient but Employees are absolutely rude & lazy. I would put Negative Star if I could. I called a day before to inquire about passport application & I was told I don't need an appointment just come anytime between 10am to 5pm so I stopped by at 11am Tuesday morning. I was the only customer but I was told that they can't help me because they are short of staff. I was the only customer & I saw both counters are open but they're just talking to each other while waiting for the people to come in. Unbelievable! I can't believe both employees were given a chance to work in a customer service environment. Smh. I wish they'd hire more professional employees... I immediately went to the other location at 207 Massachusetts Ave.. there's only one person working with 7 customers waiting in line but I was able to apply for a passport without any issues. That's the real customer service!
