This location is convenient because of their hours, but some of their staff are rude and without a desire to help. Today, the lady helping me took a deep breath and rolled her eyes when I asked about the price difference to ship the package. Also, she was rude to the people before me too.
I don’t understand why the USPS office has people working at their locations if they don’t want to work or do their job, like answer questions. If you go to this location, get prepared for bad customer service.

This USPS is open until 12am 7-days a week and is located in a convenient place. They don’t have printers so you should print the labels beforehand. The whole return process took less than 5 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff.

If you got the phone number directly to the post office to try and contact with you have the car and call them during business hours and the postmaster might pick up

The receipt has instructions. Could be quite a wait time, especially if already stolen and cashed. Happened to me.

Hey, we made a shiping on the 29th if Decmeber for $110 from Boston to Colorado springs. We lost our tracking # and our packge is 6 weeks late. Is there any way to retrieve the tracking # base on our info. Maybe a direct phone # to call.

They take your photo there for you. I think they start doing passports at 9 am, don't take a number just go directly to the window and tell them you need a passport
