My girlfriend tans here and I have gone in with her a few times and waited in the lobby while she tanned. The middle age lady that was working, I believe she said her name is Jen, is always cleaning and my girl said she doesn't ever worry about her beds being clean when this lady is working. The lady is very pleasant and explains everything thoroughly. I have seen this place extremely busy and she still shows respect and attention to each customer. I've noticed the customers interact with Jen and seem to love her. I recommend coming here when she is working. Closing time shouldn't become a problem if you remember that these ladies want to go home too. Being in on time is a matter of respect. This place and the employee Jen gets 5+stars. Keep in mind that people get frustrated at times but it doesn't necessarily define their character. If customers show some respect and appreciate the cleanliness of this salon...rather than attacking the workers maybe small things wouldn't be such a problem. Some of the workers need to pay attention to their beds but not afternoon shifts...my girl will not come here in the morning to tan because of rude employee and dirty beds. Come on afternoon shift.

I didn’t have any issues whatsoever until a middle aged woman started working the evening shift. I’m a college student and work until 8PM. My work isn’t too far from here and I would get there at 8:15. I used the level 3 tanning bed for ten minutes. By the time I’m out it’s 8:30, giving her 10 minutes to wipe down the bed. I came in at 8:15 and she goes “you’re late” then proceeds to tell me that she’s “not trying to be an a** but will have to start telling you no.” Like excuse me?? That’s so unprofessional! I also added the caccon massage bed to my membership which she was rude about. The salon was busier and it seemed to fluster her. She said “I don’t know how to do this and my boss will be p***** I’m calling her again.” Just so unprofessional and rude. My 3 month membership ended and if this woman is still working there next summer I won’t be tanning there again.

So I have been trying to cancel this sub for a wile cuz they are OVERLY EXPENSIVE! And will NOT stop charging me. They are taking all my money! I have sent in letters and they are the reason I go negative in my account! I have to change my bank card because they don’t listen. DO NOT SIGN UP IF U CAN NOT FAX TO CANCEL! I do not have a fax machine they are screwing us over by not telling us when we sign up. I’ve called and they still won’t cancel it. I’m filing a dispute!

As far as I know they stop taking walk ins at 20 minutes before closing
