Nasty roach infested hotel. Rude front desk workers. People take their job too serious. Very racist and loud dogs barking all night! I will never stay here again and I will be calling the health department.

The staff here is amazing! They are very customer oriented and friendly. The rooms are pretty spacious and always clean. The only complaint is there's no oven but there is a microwave and stovetop. Definitely recommend!

One week ago…The staff were friendly, but the rooms had roaches in them on second and third floors. I booked 4 rooms for 2 weeks and we left 3 days early. They said they do not give refunds,I was never told this up front but they say it’s on the forms you sign.. that’s like 800.00 plus dollars I lost out on this is terrible . Plus I may have transported roaches back to my home..WoW..But yet they can not give a refund and they do rent by the day..Seems like I was literally robbed..Not to mention the roaches eating your food..

I stayed for 3 weeks until my house was ready everything WAS OK until the last week when person next to me was allowed to play loud music because according to staff this is a hotel and people can pretty much do what they want. Now mind you I work from ‘ home’ so this was a problem when speaking to clients over the phone. Per staffing who hardly EVER answers the phone it was no big deal unless it’s after 10 or 11 pm time changed depending who you spoke to🤬the nonchalant attitude was disrespectful and rude🤬also frequent false fire alarms🤬I brought my own linen dishes pots and pans silverware towels toilet paper and paper towels and cleaning stuff and if you’re smart you will do the same!!
