It depends on how much you buddy up with the management. I had 2 suites and 2 friends with a suite. 4 suites all rented within a couple weeks n ranged from 220 -350 a week. 220 would comment on facebook posts. 350 worked 16hrs a day and was never even seen. After 6mo mine was the same 245 i started at.
