Worst USPS location I’ve ever been to . The woman at the front desk with glasses was very rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t want to answer questions, she talks behind your back to her colleagues and ridicule you in front of other customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Please find another location where they treat you with dignity and respect . USPS shouldn’t employ people like her to be the face of their offices . It will drive more people away from seeking your services.

I disagree with other people I just moved from Athol ma to here and was treated very nicely knowing my situation I was going through so ty I never post but u guys deserve it

just had the worst USPS experience of my life. black woman with glasses and with braids going horizontal on the back of her head and industrial piercing continuously glared at me and was very rude when all i wanted was to ship a package off. i never had such a bad experience and she was extremely disrespectful. i can’t imagine how she is to other people and why she works there if she is not going to at least somewhat nice. don’t know if it kills to be nice but i guess it does with her. train your employees or fire her if you want people to have a somewhat of a non disrespectful experience for a simple matter.

The woman at the front, with the long braids down the side of her head and an industrial piercing. So so incredibly rude and outright disrespectful. She should never be able to talk to customers like that so rudely, and shouldn’t work there if she can’t have a respectful attitude. I’ve had such a bad experience, I will not be coming back.
