And especially Raul the maintenance manager maintaining the apartment is always on top of his work.

We moved in here a couple of months ago. Gabriella is wonderful and very professional. She makes you feel welcome anytime you come into the office or see her walking around the community. Our application process was so easy and seamless. She is always nice to my kids. The maintenance man, Raul is also very nice and happy to help. As far as maintenance calls go, anytime we've had to report something, they usually have it fixed same day. The complex is a lot larger than what it looks like on the outside, 92 units. It doesn't feel overwhelming at all though. There are a lot of beautiful flowers and greenery as you walk around the complex and two pools! Best of all, animal friendly including dogs. Overall, we are happy here so far 🙂

I absolutely love living here! From the very beginning Gabriela at the office made me feel like part of the family. The apartment is huge, the landscape is beautifully maintained and the two pools are sparkling clean. I plan on making this place my forever home!

I've been a resident here for going on 4 years and I've had a pleasant experience being here, it's definitely a very safe and family friendly complex. Spacious living room and kitchen and back patio that my dog loves. Complex is dog friendly , the Resident Manger Gabriela Linares is attentive and active to any concerns as well as the maintenance worker Jose. The laundry room is clean and maintained well. The pools are always clean and maintained. The walkways and laundry room have security cameras as well as the back entrance to further enhance the safety for our family who come home late at night after work. Great location, good condition unit , no problems with roaches let alone ants.
