Always double check the parts. Never trust in store signage, restocking is correct, or that the returned good part is actually the right one or good. They don't know enough to ask or double check your needs regardless what is exchanged over the counter. They are only keypad jockeys, don't expect anything more.

I know people make mistakes but an overlooked error in a simple oil filter number led to the waste of 6 quarts of oil and luckily no permanent damage to my truck! Next time I'll go to autozone... at least the manager corrected the mistake and replaced the whole order at no charge.

We went in kinda late but they were very friendly and were eager to assist each person in my little group as well as every other customer that came in while we were still inside the store. In addition, one of the clerks came out to my vehicle to help because we were broken down in the parking lot. I was very pleased with the customer service.
