AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! As a small business owner we always love to support other small local business. Was totally blown away of the quality of furniture that they had. Meaning that the furniture that is sold here is here to last. There we able to example why their furniture stands out than any other ones. Not like other big box stores in which they sofas break or a hinge stops working. Overall great products, great service, and amazing staff. Just stop by to take a look ! you wont regret it !

In December of 2018 my husband and I purchased a futon. In April we noticed that the cushion was not as comfortable as before I we could feel the springs when we sat down. One side was already tilted with no back support. I called Tina to ask her if she could help us out and replace it or fix the issue. She said that maybe she could do something about it. Took it to her and she had it for 2 weeks saying that the people that were supposed to replace it we're not going to accommodate us so she was going to give us a brand new one .Then meanwhile everything that came out of her mouth was just a lie she would repeat her stories it was ridiculous! Finally it came back to us. We still had to go pick it up and it was the same one wrapped up in a brand new box with plastic bags they did that to make it look like it was new but I realized I it was the old one that we had. Mean while she lied to me and said she replaced it with the new one because the company couldn't do anything about it. Her customer service is really bad she has caller ID when I would try calling her within those two weeks she wouldn't answer and when she did it was always the same story. Her husband or son that works with her would also lie for her, he even went as far as to say one time that I was calling the wrong number. I am not satisfied with our futon at all they refurbish all of their Furniture there stay clear of this place!!!!!!

Hi, yes we are still open. Our main entrance is located in the front of the building and our temporary hours are monday-saturday 11-7 sunday 12-5
Hi yes we do carry bookcases. We have a few on display but have many to chose from in our catalogs also.
