I love reading the reviews on the union. Since I am a veteran for a company they represent I can say 1. They no longer care about the employees the way they used to, 2. They only show up, if they show up, because they get our union dues, otherwise they mostly compromise with the company you work for, 3. Your lucky to have a Business Agent who actually knows your present and past contracts thoroughly otherwise your better getting a contract book yourself, 4. They don't help the building shop stewards, let alone try to recruit any stewards in the facility you work in to help the employees when they need them. They used to be better and used to care more.

Worst representatives and a very awful administration. They really don't help you with anything you need. Unfortunately there's very little to what a few amount of members can do.
