The "care Givers "that have been sent to my home to take care of me and my home have been absolute idiots. I have never seen so many idiots in my life! I have had to throw aides out of my house. I have had to call police to have one of them removed. If you have disabilities and are English speaking it is my opinion that you look elsewhere for help. If not you may find yourself having to play babysitter to your aide. You may find yourself having to stand over their shoulders to make sure that you get done what you need. Every single time. I have been trying for over one year to get another agency to meet my needs. Still waiting. Please do not make the same mistake I did.

Very disappointed with the staffs. The staffs lied to me about submitting Medicaid insurance for my father for home care services and wasted our time during the most critical times of our family. Upon asking the reference number for Medicaid application, the staffs disappeared and ignored all my calls and emails. So we had to find another reliable company to help us out who walked the talk and provided us with a reference number immediately after submitting the application. Thank God that we did not have to deal with these dishonest nutcases.

Capital Home Care has provided a wonderful aide for my brother for the last couple of years. She understands him, as well as his condition, and she is consistently reliable in meeting his needs. She has earned his trust - and ours. The managers have also been sensitive to his needs, and responsive when we have called.
