I really enjoy coming to extendYoga. The instructors that I’ve taken have all been great -each with their unique strengths. I started going before the pandemic and unfortunately did not keep up with it during the pandemic since I didn’t prefer the virtual classes (I much prefer the energy and feel of being surrounded by people!). Now that I have returned, I am beginning to reap the benefits of my weekly yoga routine and grateful that this studio is a short drive from my home. Also, the receptionists are always very welcoming and helpful which is an added plus.

Very intimate setting with great vibes. Classes are intense and relaxing. Everything is about the yoga.
