This is a nice, new and clean store. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The only drawback is that it seems they are lacking donations from the surrounding community.

Refused to accept storw credit from a return issued from a return at the Gaithersburg Goodwill, even though the store credit worked at the other rockville location, and per policy should work at all DC goodwill. Manager was also rude and unhelpful.

There are plastic little attachment strips that hold a price tag and if the plastic strip is yellow or whatever color they say it is for that day, it is at a reduced price. The paper tag does not matter but the plastic tag holder does
