This is hands down the worst Union out there. Ron Siemmens is the worst union representative by far I have ever dealt with. I was wrongfully terminated From UPS on December 3rd and Ron Siemmens was was no help. At the day I was wrongfully terminated for, I was not showed any evidence of what I was being accused of, there was as no shop steward present, and HR was not present to help me out. I immediately called Ron Siemmens after John Nielsen from UPS took my badge and had a security guard escort me out of the building. Ron Siemmens assured me on December I9th a day before our union hearing with the UPS management DECEMBER 20th that I would get my job back if I shut my mouth and did exactly what he wanted me to do. He wanted me to apologize even tho I was not on the wrong. and to be in tears begging for my job back even tho I did nothing wrong. So I went along with what Mr Siemmens had told me to do and not say anything in order to get my job back. I was against a wall jobless 3 weeks before Christmas and not working. I believe It was all a set up, and I believe Mr. Siemmens zero intention in helping me get my job back. a couple days ago I get a letter thru the mail signed by Mr Siemmens stating that he was not able to get my job back due to me not having enough evidence to prove my innocentsnce. I was being accused of stealing company time yet I was never showed any evidence. Mr Siemmens assured I would get my job back, he even thought I was wrongfully terminated, yet after the meeting on December 20th. UPS still failed to show me any evidence of why I got terminated. I demand JUSTICE. And I demand that Local 986 and Mr Hoffa to have a long talk with Mr Siemmens regarding my complaint. Thank You Local 986 for no help at all. I thought Unions were suppose to protect the employees from employers who discriminate, mistreat their employees, and who terminate their employees with out any reason. Local 986 and Mr Siemmens you failed me and I hope 🤞 I get justice! Sincerely Juan L Montoya
