I had a horrible experience with this brand. Please don’t go there the staff are nasty. I applied for my passport 3 weeks ago they didn’t provide any tracking number. The person was rushing me so bad Now i lost my certificate of citizenship and it cost $600 to replace. Tried to call for a week no one answered.

U can either go online and fill out a temporary change of address or go to post office and fill out a change of address card and check off temporary
