It's the place where you can buy your bus passes and wait on the Forest Hill train or the Oak Grove train located in the heart of the down stairs area, and right across from there is Tufts medical center! There's two ways you can get into the downstairs so you can catch your trains or on one side over by Tufts medical center and catch the number four or number five silver line bus on either side by tufts! there's other buses you can catch into town but I'm not sure what they are over on that same side! These trains or buses give you good access to either downtown or away from town! I appreciate that! Two of Those buses go right close by my church! And either the trains or the buses will get you close to Tufts medical center! Because you can take the train Forest hills to either Back Bay and catch number 10 bus to BMC hospital or you can take it to Mass Ave and catch number one going right by BMC! I'm grateful to be able to catch a bus or a train nearby going into town or out of town it's a blessing! But on the other side of their facility there is absolutely no handicap access elevator escalator nothing but steps! That's on the Tremont side and that has to do with MBTA which is Massachusetts Bay authority Transit! There's a lot of steps to walk down and when your handicapped or disabled it's really troublesome and it hurts and there's not enough seating on either side there are no seats at one end you have to walk to the middle to sit down which is bothersome! This needs to improve greatly in 2022! It's only my opinion but I am a book author now so I will share that opinion in the second book Lifestories Volume 2 Life happens!
