Purchased a nice MK bracelet ($350) purchase. They ruined the bracelet. Diamonds popped out and it wasn’t size correctly. They had no solution but to blame the heat. My thing is warn customers or just not alter Jewlery if it’s not gonna be given back in its original state.

Don't go here to buy you a watch once you leave the store, if something wrong with it they don't care, no sense in returning it to this store, any warranty issues, you have to deal with yourself, all the store wants is your money, once you buy it, it's a done deal is for their concern, you won't get a refund from them nor an exchange. This is the wrong place to purchase a watch

Ripped me off. Said they’d fix my watch and then only changed the battery. I cant even adjust the time on my watch nor does the chronograph feature work. This place is the worst place to have your watch repaired
