No wonder there are so many negative reviews, and I agree. The woman was very rude to me and other customers as well, mumbling incomplete information expecting you to know all that she meant. She was acting condescending and annoyed that she knew everything and customers didn't know every detail lile she did. Well, providing information is part of your job, miss. She showed impatience and incapable of understanding that the customers in front of me couldn't understand her easily because English was not their first language, that probably required too many brain connections

Awful! Avoid this post office at all cost.. I stood in line for 25 mins because there was only one person at the register. By the time I get to the register, the person was clearly annoyed, was very rude, I asked to used tape for my small box and they told me I had to purchase a roll of tape.

My mother and I were verbally assaulted by another customer for no reason at all (that customer cut our turn and while I was talking to my mom she thought I was talking to her). She screamed and used racial slurs at us. Forget calling security or 911 the staff was found to be giggling/finding it comical and did not do anything to stop the other customer from verbally abusing us for good five minutes. I was honestly terrified for my life at that moment and my mothers. I’m still shook. My mother and I did not engage with the fellow customer who stormed off and luckily we did not get physically hurt but we were fearful of it escalating to that. The staff did not intervene or stop the fellow customer from screaming and using racial profanity at us at any point. I will never ever go to that USPS again and it really should be shut down. This is not about customer service it is about safety at this point.

Where do I even start…. 10:30 in the morning on a weekday, 1 person serving with a 10 person deep wait line. I had booked an appointment for a passport application with photos. The woman told me just wait in line. Really? What’s the point of an appointment then? But then I see the sign, due to technical issues we can’t take photos. Great why don’t you mention that when I booked ? So I hustle across to CVS to get some photos go back and stand in line again. 30 minutes later I finally make it only to be told you filled on the form incorrectly so just move to the side. No you can’t stand here go right down towards the door. Ok so I completed the form and shahs by the desk. Woman yells wait over there. I wait my turn again and when the woman sees me I try to be nice and polite and apologies but she said stop talking I need to review the form. Questions later but hey write me a check for $200. I can’t begin to tell you how disgusted I am with not only the service but the sheer rudeness of the staff. I know their working environment is not great but maybe give a thought to the regular person who’s just trying to be nice and has just waited in a line for 45 minutes. Bottom line this place needs to be just shut down. It shouldn’t be allowed to operate with how their employees treat the public and the last thing they should be allowed to do is process peoples passports.
