We needed blinds and shades for our entire new home and we knew given the experience that the Shade Store would be our choice given their quality of blinds and ease of purchasing and installation processes. We went with the Wellesley location and worked seamlessly with Michele Morimoto, and from start to finish our experience was positive. We were able to pick out shades and blinds we liked and all the colors we chose went very well with our new home. We are extremely happy with the products we bought, in addition to the purchasing and customer experience we had with Michele. Definitely go with the Shade Store if you want exceptional service and a lifelong quality of product!

I had a wonderful experience at The Shade Store! I'm thrilled with our shades, love the motorized and really enjoyed working with Michelle. She was incredibly knowledgeable, fun to work with, and came up with a great strategy for some of our trickier windows. Would highly recommend and plan to use again in the future!

We installed shades from The Shade Store for the entire house and we are very happy with the quality of the shades and the service we received. The shades look great. Michele M. (Wellesley store) is knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive. We explored a number of options and while there are cheaper options out there, we believe we made the right choice. The material on one of the shades (patio door) started to come off at the edge, we called Michele, she sent a service person who determined it needs to be replaced and a new unit was shipped and installed in less than 2 weeks. Will shop from there again for sure.
