What an excellent experience. I called yesterday have a bouquet delivered for this afternoon, for my mother's birthday today. The woman I spoke to over the phone was very polite, thorough, and clearly invested in making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. The bouquet arrived on time this afternoon, and as you can see from the picture, it is gorgeous! My mother is very please. I will be ording again soon!
