I made a deposit on a new car in March, which they told me had been authorized for delivery from the factory in 2-4 months. I received a call about a month later, to my surprise, saying my car had arrived. The agent that left the message was unavailable every time I tried to call back, for weeks. When I called today, I was told that the factory had discontinued my car, so the order was never approved, so 3 months later, I'm starting over with a different dealer. I understand it's a tough time to buy a car, but I don't understand why they couldn't take my calls or tell me sooner that the order wasn't approved after I'd given them a deposit.

I had the worst experience ever with them. they were trying to fix the car that I bought for $2,000 for $5,600, outrages. They lie about the parts that need to be fixed. Eventually fixed my car with some You tube video and less than $200.

Absolutely the best customer service period. When buying a new or used car, you want to feel that you are not being taken for a fool and that you are getting a good deal and they really work with your expectations. We went in a bit late and they never changed their great attitude (even though I'm sure they wanted to go home) they kept cheered and outgoing at late hours helping us with finance papers etc.. Made our first car buy a great experience. We loved Allan and Roger and everyone that helped us out. Recommend

did you ask for it? i did something similar to a different dealership and, when i asked, they said they weren't participating. not all dealerships do. i recommend calling and speaking with them directly.
