Upon entry, there were 3 very friendly team members who all greeted me with such warm hospitality, I felt such a pleasant atmosphere. The Manager Mike, along with 2 customer service agents, Pam and Cherry, we're all more than 5 Stars. They were all welcoming, professional, and looked out for my budget. Not pressuring for a sale, yet concerned with what my needs were and suggested a tour for my own choosing. I came out with just what I needed!! Great team!! Clean establishment and even though I am on the 3rd level, moving my items in, actually wasn't strenuous at all!!! Thank you all

Pam and Cherry in the office were super helpful getting me switched from one unit to another. The staff here is excellent and makes all the difference when choosing a storage facility.
