The Enterprise Rental Car place in Hilltop-Richmond Ca has the most polite staff and even though there was a lot of people in need of a car they made sure no one got unnoticed especially the young lady Kashari! She was very vibrant and professional. Thank you Richmond Enterprise I will be back and absolutely recommend your site. Keep up the good work 👍👍

My experience at this Enterprise facility was fantastic: the people I dealt with were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, the car was exactly what I needed, and returning the vehicle was made as simple as possible. This will definitely be the top of my list for car rentals.

We made a reservation for a Ford transit 15 passenger van on 2/28/22 for a pick-up on 3/25/22 (3 day rental), well just our luck or technically their very poor customer service, we received a call yesterday at 4:53pm to inform us that our reserved vehicle is not available and offered a compact car! Not sure if they confused me for a clown company but not sure how I could possibly fit 15 people in a compact car! I returned their call at 4:58pm and their office was closed! I called the 800 number and was able to modify reservation to the Berkeley location (much better customer service at this location!) But unfortunately they only had the 12 passenger van available, so 3 of our family members are staying behind since we do not all fit. That means 3 tickets to amusement parks and 1 hotel room that we cannot cancel or get a refund for. This whole experience has been a nightmare and I expected much more from a company that is supposed to be better than the rest. I will refrain from ever doing business with this company, especially the Richmond location. Please invest in a better system that will ensure vehicles that are reserved are actually available! Have some courtesy and if you're unable to honor reservations atleast give an advanced notice to customers, not the day prior to pick-up and certainly not making calls a few minutes before your office closes!!

I been renting vehicles with multiple enterprise companies, but this one has been a horrendous experience, I was told that the weekly rate discount was for 5 days or more. I returned the car day 6 but they said they were going to charge me 7 days regardless, I was very clear in the first day I rented that I wanted anywhere from 5 days to 15 days due to the hydrogen shortage. They were like “yes that not a problem”. But when I returned it on the 6th they were not helpful and they were very greedy. The person didn’t want to work with me to refund me the day I wasn’t going to use the vehicle even though I returned it almost 2 full days early. Nonetheless they fought with me and kept almost $180 for a car that is sitting in their lot that they will probably rent and charge the next person and myself. I only drove that car 30 miles in 5 days, returned the fuel full and everything. Thanks for stealing from a good long time customer. I filling a dispute with my bank and going to leave a review on every other social media. I’m glad I have 178k followers that need to be informed of this .
