I wish it was possible for everyone to want to go here. All of the problems on Earth would dissipate. This place is like walking into a non-ending fairytale! The flowers are generous with removal of negativity that may be surrounding you and the structures are a must to see. Instead of me telling you about this most sacred place go there and dance!

Was an extremely pleasant stroll throughout the gardens here today. Small areas where you can sit in the shade. You go early enough you can snatch a table where if you bring your cooler etc you can just relax, chat and enjoy a very zen surrounding area. Just please clean up after urselfs. Adults are $10 a ticket and they have posted 12 and under enter free.

No. The mansion is not open to the public. It's in really bad shape.
You can certainly bring in a picnic to the Mass Hort grounds once you pay admission.
