I was sent to ATI by my surgeon after having extensive rotator cuff and labrum surgery in Janurary of 2021. I worked with both Charlotte and Nini and I can't say enough... they are consummate professionals. It took seven months of twice a week therapy. They were there for me step me step and helped me celebrate each new plateau. I could not have gotten so far as fast as I did without them I have to mention Selena, who in my opinion is key to the daily operations of the facility. I watched her do everything from greeting the clients, answer phones, cleaning equipment and scheduling... as well as her job of helping people with difficult exercises. That is some hard work and she does it all with a smile and grace. You are lucky to have her working for you. Thank you again, Nini, Charlotte, Selena and ATI for getting me back to where I am today!

They have done wonders for me so far, with only 3 visits. Of course, you have to be diligent and do the home exercises too! It is a group effort, as a team covers multiple patients at a time. But then again, when the main therapist was at the bathroom, another person came over to tell me that I was doing the exercise wrong. They give lots of encouragement and are careful about how much they add on each week. Charlotte in particular has been great.

I have had a fabulous experience with my physical therapists there. I have been working with Kate and Andrew and I love them both. Always super nice and friendly and know what they are doing. Highly recommend!

Came in at the beginning of the summer with a persisting hamstring injury of a few months worried about a 2 week backpacking / camping trip at the start of August. I admit I was very worried up until the last few weeks and had a few false starts getting supplementary hiking and running integrated into my rehab routine, but the trip ended up being amazing (picture is from my descent of Yosemite falls with Half Dome in the background). I credit a lot of this progress to Nini Goldman who more than any other physical therapist I've had helped identify areas of tightness and weakness in my body that likely contributed to the original injury and whose treatment were essential for recovering from it. In previous experiences with PT, I've been prescribed a standardized list of high-rep, seemingly low impact exercises that prioritize zero pain over acceptable / 'good' pain and tangible progress and frankly feel like they do close to nothing. Nini definitely understood the definition of 'good' pain and each visit responded to my feedback and tailored each appointment with what I needed and what I didn't know I needed. There were times when we spent most of a session on tissue massage and stretching and I still left feeling like my leg was stronger. Nini along with the whole team at ATI Wellesley were consistently kind, and I looked forward to every session.
