I wish I could give this store a 0 out of 5. John is the worst manager this store has ever had! To many employees walking out in less than a year due to poor management and no competitive wages. Cashiers with 20+ years experience making less than teenage baggers and cashiers just starting out. Don’t even get me started on all the past expired merchandise on the shelves and molding breads, cheese, and produce. Certain employees in deli have also been seen using the same gloves they use to clean to prepare food. Some of the cashiers need a good overhaul when it comes to respectful customer service.

For a Winn-Dixie, this is a better one. The workers there told me that they only hire part time workers to avoid paying benefits. The good thing is they will take back Anything.

Absolutely the most difficult time calling and refilling a prescription . it said closed. Then I called back after 2pm because the recording said they were at lunch from 1~2pm . Called at 2:10pm. Recording said they were at lunch . I called front desk, got Jake on the phone, he asked someone and they said 1:30 /2:00 was lunch . I said its now 2:15. He offered to transfer me. After a good long wait, someone from the meat department answered , apologized then transferred me to the pharmacy which that was an even longer wait only to get the meat department. I then hung up , called back at 2:30 and left a message at the pharmacy letting them know I was trying to fill a prescription while I was in the area . They called me back 2 hours later and I was already back home . I explained whT I went through all day , and really wasn't a sincere concern. Just a , "we will start working on your script." Went today to pick up shortly after 1 pm , glad they weren't at lunch . Not a warm and friendly staff here at all.
