I went to visit my beloved daddy today. The grass is so tall it now has seeds. It is completely full of gophers, red ants, and BLACK WIDOWS. It's still as dry as it was since he died almost two years ago. We complained back then and were told the well was dry. I will be calling again tomorrow. I also plan on researching how to get this in the public eye. If I could post pictures here, I would. Believe me, I have plenty. Heartbreaking!!! I will NOT remain quiet about this. I will resolve it in honor of my daddy who deserves better than this. I rate ONE STAR only because I had no other option.

08/03/2017 This place looks like they have no workers working there. The grass is so dry it looks like no watering is happening. I do my own cleaning, pulling weeds, edging and doing some watering! Very disappointed with the city of Tulare.
