My $2500 kayak hull was stolen from the kayak rack. The storage facility only keeps 2 weeks of surveillance footage so there was no record of the theft when I discovered it was missing. This IS NOT a safe place to keep a kayak. It appears that the thieves pulled up on the back road and pushed down the barbed wire, climbed over the fence, broke the lock that was securing the kayak with a cable and stole it. The contract with the storage facility states that they "cannot" be held responsible for any theft. Having only two weeks surveillance records is terrible in my opinion. No one rents space in a storage place and comes to check on there stuff within a two week period. This is a VERY UNSAFE place to store a kayak. Additionally, the "one" surveillance camera over looking the kayaks is in a terrible place, one kayak rack full of kayaks totally blocks the view of the one I had my kayak on. Even if they had gotten footage of the theft, there's no way the video would have revealed any decent recordings of the theft. The management is good, people are very nice, but I'll never have a kayak there ever again.

This is not the location of the actual RV parking lot. This is a great location if you are looking for a place to store your RV in Sarasota. At the airport so it is convenient with good security, roomy parking, superb management, and reasonable price. We are very happy here. Very highly recommended.
