long time renter at this facility with over 15 years usage. Facility is very clean and convenient. I only experienced one incident where I was called and emailed about a possible problem. It turned out to be a non issue but I appreciated the preemptive warning.. The difference between 4 stars and 5 stars for me was I received 4 prices increases since August 2020 and the lack of access on Sundays. Recently they also eliminated an option that if you paid the rent with a single payment for a year you got a months rental free which was a good perk if you knew you were going to be using the facility for a year. This is a very good storage facility and I would rent from them again if I had the need.
