LOVE Coastal Kickboxing!!! I've been taking personal training classes with both, Michelle and Chad, for about 6 months now and enjoy their experience and knowledgeable training. Each session leaves me feeling great (and with sore muscles). I can visually see the improvement and definition in my arm and leg muscles. I have tried many other forms of exercise, but they often grew boring and mundane, but not Kickboxing with Michelle or Chad. Thank you both for your patience and continued encouragement.

Hi, We are a personal training studio so we are there when we have classes or clients. Mostly evenings after 5:00 p.m. & Weekends in the morning.
Hi, We are focused on personal training so that is by appointment. We do have classes and you can find the schedule on our website. We try to keep it as updated as possible.
