Yes you can come buy them at the concession stand. During weekdays you don't need ticket admission, they'll charge you for each activity separately (corn maze, hayride). Its weekends when they want you to buy ticket in advance since a lot of people are off and head there.

There wasn't food when we went. Just the snacks you mentioned.

There is a corn maze but wasn't haunted version at that time.

Corn maze will be open til the end if the season, which is November 1st. Keep in mind that this is weather permitted if course.

If it's a service dog... But it can't be around the animals

You must be a risk taker. You are likely to get seriously wet and/or quite muddy.

There are pumpkins and corn maze as well as other attractions but no apple picking. Sorry.
