I have been a multi month seasonal patient at FCS for 4 years. I get regular infusions for a non-cancer condition. I go back because they are very good at what they do and are easy to deal with. Their procedures are well organized. Check in, taking of vitals and blood draws, doctor visit, infusion and check out. My doctor, Soori, and his PA, are a great working pair. Good listeners, very caring and thorough. FCS has an affiliated pharmacy that dispenses on site. The infusion room is called the “ treatment room”. A bright single large room, high ceiling and windows on three sides. Pre Covid capacity was around 90. They dropped that to about 50 during Covid to allow for more space between patients. Seats are firm, comfortable and fully recline. They took due care during Covid. The treatment room has three large spaces called “pods” with a team of nurses assigned to each. You get assigned to a pod each visit. The nurses are good, up, attentive and some very funny. They have cross check protocols to be sure the meds are delivered to the correct patient. Billing for medical visits, IVs and meds is seamless. They are fair, taking people in by appointment time not arrival time. Highly recommended.

My fears were relieved the first time I met Dr. Esper and Marquis, his assistant. Both of them assured me that I was not alone in the fight against cancer and walked me through the process in a way I understood. The nursing staff is friendly, professional, knowledgable, and very caring. My team saved my life twice: once from cancer; once from a life threatening reaction to one of the medications. Thank you, everyone, for the fine work you do!

HURRY UP AND WAIT! Took my father for labs and Dr. visit. It took 4 1/2 hours! Absolutely unacceptable! Absolutely inhuman to make sick elderly people wait so long. Also the nurse practitioner did not wash her hands properly, she only used a tiny amount of hand sanitizer. Anyone in the medical field knows how to properly wash their hands before an exam. I called her on it and she completely ignored me. Filthy, rude and arrogant.

I have been going here for one year and the staff is great. Debbie, the PA, is the best, always happy and that puts me in a good mood if I am having a bad day. Dr Raymond is the best doctor ever. He is not giving up on me, I see him once a month and have blood work. I am a complicated case. I love Dr Raymond, Debbie and the rest of the staff. I won’t go anywhere else, I highly recommend them. Thank you for not giving up on me, JoAnne Marsh
