Terrible attention, you are defending your rights and they tell you that one is up for a fight, two ladies who treated me with a very bad attitude, vulgar and uneducated, they treated me on a Friday and they treated me very badly and today a call called Juana with a very bad attitude and bad manners, I think they must look for people with more education to attend to their clients they have been solving this situation for a year and they do nothing for me in customer service they should not be given a star

Everything the other reviews said about their policies and procedures are correct. Landlords get stuck with any tenants past due amounts and must pay for the water during a turnover even if the water is shut off (they call it an "available for service" fee). You must pay a $25 connection fee (reasonable) and a $75 deposit (my deposit amount) even if you had prior service. But that is the same thing I have experienced with the City of Fort Myers Utilities and Lee County Utilities. They just want their money. As far as customer service, the gentleman who help me today had excellent customer service skills. And their new office in Fort Myers is fantastic. No more driving 45 minutes to Lehigh!

This government utility agency has a hard attitude. As a landlord they will not work with me. They start billing me if tenants become delinquent. When tenant moves they immediately shut off service yet continue to bill me., They require me to fill out an application, pay a deposit to restore service all the while billing me for the service i can't use. No utility in the private sector would be able to bully the customers like this.
