This department is an embarrassment. On top of cutting off people's water without notice, the way they bill is wildly inconsistent. Some months it comes in right away, sometimes it takes weeks, and you can't set up autopay. So you're left babysitting your mailbox, or checking the water bill website every day until the bill posts. But when the bill does post (if you catch it!) you get a two week countdown until it's considered overdue and you get hit with fees. It's a good thing they're too incompetent to cut off your water when you don't pay your bill on time. Because if they did, it takes days (it took a week when we first moved in) to turn the water back on. Not like people need water to live, right? Edit: They called me today because my bill was late and I told them the above as I paid it off immediately through the website. I told them I don't have time to babysit the mailbox and they very smugly replied "well maybe you should do that." They're as rude as they are useless and disorganized. I'm trying to give you money! Why are you making it so hard for me to give you money!

After creating my account it took about two days to get a respond for my confirmation and to pay my deposit. Then I paid my Deposit and water won't get turned on until "next day". Horrible Customer Experience!

How come if we are a day late to setting up water they turn it off and charge us $100 to turn it on… Yet, They just turned my water off for NO REASON & I get a, “we are sorry & will send someone out later today…” No, I want money for my days worth of work that I’m missing!!! That’s is disgusting! My 3 yr old went to wash her hands and face & cried thinking she did something wrong because no water came out.. I opened the account and paid with plenty of time.. Disgraceful

Have anyone experienced having a 3,000 water bill in one month? My elderly parent bill went 200 - 3,000 in one month. The plumber said it was a small water leak from the toilet. This happened 2 years for almost 2,000.

I had the same issue. I finally found an old computer with Internet Explorer on it and that worked. Good luck!

I thought that there were website issues, too. I could go to the Home page, but couldn't connect to the "eservices" page. I finally found an old computer with Internet Explorer on it and that worked. Good luck!
