MY appl has been pending for "7 months" now! can't contact anyone by phone, no office to go to &, that so called new help section online does absolutly nothing! after 7 months i have still heard nothing!!! how in the hell can this be?!? it's rediculous and unprofessional! (smh) i am SO DISGUSTED! FRUSTRATED! & APPALLED! "7 MONTHS"! REALLY??? GRRRRR!

Questions & Answers

Why don't you have people to answer the phone? All we get is a recording and a hang up. No way to leave messages for a call back. No directory of appropriate offices, just instructions to enter someone's extension or name. How is this helpful ?
