Caroline Roberts was empathic & very helpful towards me. I was denied previously, was tired & discouraged going in. Single mom of Two, PT student & I work overnights. She said to me you look burnt out, which I was. I didn't even say a word to her other than I got denied months back. inside I wanted to cry cause I had to take my son out of daycare cause I couldn't keep up with paying weekly, no child support, no help. Barely getting by. She sat with me & helped me up load my paystubs. Also gave me a list of daycares in the area just incase I'd be approved. I'm so thankful for her help & act of kindness. Also this was my 1st time meeting her

I had a great experience with my first service provider Carmen, but they changed me to Carla. Worst service ever, doesn’t contact me about paper work needed. Doesn’t call me back and is extremely rude.

Mrs. Estrada went above and beyond for us when trying to switch our child to another county and was having trouble. She even called the county herself to set things straight, we are greatful.
