I just left the store and am very unhappy with how they handled my situation. Without going into the details, they essentially shipped us the wrong product and were going to charge me $250 to fix their mistake. No wiggle-room or effort to take care of us to prevent a lifetime customer from walking out the door with no solution. I am now stuck with something I do not want!! To me, this says a lot about GW's customer service policies and the lack of effort to save one. Plenty of other places to go in the current retail environment...too bad they don't see that. Be careful what you buy here!

I found some really good deals there for my daughter's bedroom. I'll definitely continue shopping with them. The staff is always courteous and helpful at all the stores that I visited. I definitely recommend them.

Sorry, I do not work there. But....I do know that all the factories were closed down during the shutdown. So no one was making furniture. The shipping companies were shut down, so no one was delivering furniture to the warehouse. The good news.....all are back up and running! It just may take a short bit to catch up. The store has been wonderful keeping me up to date when I call. Their customer service seems to be a little overwhelmed, but they should be able to get you that answer. Hopefully soon for you!
