Absolutely the worst flooring company we have ever dealt with. We installed around 1200 sf of an engineered hardwood supplied by LL flooring. It was properly acclimated and installed professionally. After a month or so it started buckling everywhere. We promptly called the auburn hills store for assistance. They would not send somebody out but instead handed us to Emily a senior escalation and account specialist in Virginia, we went weeks with no answers as it got worse and worse at my customers house until it was actually a tripping hazard. We then had to pay our installer to go remove the entire floor and fix it correctly with new flooring. After about 2 months of trying to chase them down LL flooring offered a $300 credit on new flooring (We purchased over $5000 of flooring originally). I will never recommend this flooring supplier to a customer again and will be sure to tell this story to everyone I have the chance too.
