Buyer beware! Worst place I have ever lived. Manager gossips about tenants income, rent-paying habits, health and other personal things. They have over 20 pages of rules but the manager picks and chooses who she violates. They discriminate. My lock was broken so I could not lock my front door. It took them 4 days to fix it and then only because I threatened legal action. Wellons is a terrible corporation for allowing this type of 'management'!

Morrow Chase apartments are all retirement community apartments (65 and up) and it it based on your income and Bill's. So literally everyone is different.
