While it is a big building and rather lovely inside, the outside is a mess. The black does not look good, especially when you now have the blue artwork outside. Very off-putting. Time to modernize this place.

There are a few small rooms downstairs. There are no doors, but I think they would work for study areas.

Yes I would say so. They have a ramp and also an elevator if you call ahead that you can use. They also have the handicap buttons to push to open the doors automatically.
