Outstanding customer service! I lost my iPhone on a motorcycle trip and was struggling with Apple and AIG to get my claim processed, when I remembered that I could get a SIM card for my old iPhone. Walked into the ATT store on Cochrane and Alexander could not have been more helpful. He was super courteous and solved my problem in less that 5 minutes. And instead of charging me, he used store credit. I highly recommend him!!!
