do NOT stay here. stayed here for a week and our trailer got infested with ants, we tried asking for a late checkout and they refused. do better maple leaf.

My first thoughts when I got here was that the place was gonna be a dump. The spots are closer together then any park I've stayed in and it seems more then half the residents live there full time. I couldn't have been more wrong, the place was cozy and everyone I met was friendly and accommodating. We were there for memorial day, attending the mushroom Mardi Gras. I was also expecting a raucous time. It was nice and mellow in the park and everybody respected quiet hours. The people in the front office were also nice.

Staff was very nice and laundry was pretty clean. This is a trailer park, mostly long term, as in years. Sites are very tight, and they need to be cleaned up, dog mess, cig butts and little trash all around our spot.

Heated bathrooms would be nice, they were very clean. The hot water took a long time to get hot, but was good once hot. Ideally the shower areas would have a lock on them. People were nice. Most seem to be long term renters. Laundry room was spotless. Not a lot of spots for people passing through but they were very accommodating.
