They may be full. Show in person and talk to the front desk staff to fill up the required paperwork. Maple Leaf RV Park staff is great and very friendly
They dont take any RV's older than 13 years. As of last month they also had a waiting list of 20 people. Application fee is $25 per person and they run a credit and background check.
They are really nice there. Perhaps if your RV looks ok they might reconsider.
Did they see a picture of it? Also they may be full
Pure discrimination, our 90 has only 14,700 miles and is practically new!
Yes, we see this before and it's very discriminatory. Not everyone can afford a new RV. And it's very sad to see RV parks going this way. It's the have and the have-nots society. So if you can only afford a new 1995 RV then you have to stay at a rest stop. Orva Walmart shopping center. How fun is that for the kids. Utterly dispicable.
Even though I stayed there for 5 years, never missed a payment, when I had to leave to attend my father's funeral, I was denied access when I returned due to new policy that all new rentals had to be 2010 or newer.
