Highly do not recommend Ridge Run. My husband and I had so many problems from the start. They are very unorganized. They would lose our paper work/ put our paper work in other applicants files. You could never get a hold of anyone over the phone and when you did they were very rude and had snobby attitudes. Due to them not answering their phones I’ve had to take my 1 year old son and sit in the parking for 2 hours just for someone acknowledge we were even there. They would give us a move in date but then would change it 3-4 different times.
