This used to be my go-to place for fuel. It is close to where I live and very convenient. Lately, the service there has been lacking. The fuel pumps always seem to out of paper. We have to make the trip inside to retrieve a receipt. When this was mentioned to the employee, our response was that it was the managements responsibility to fill the machine. There is always a long line inside because the employees are not in any hurry to check patron's out, nor can any of them multitask. This falls on upper management. Proper training in customer service would be greatly appreciated. Ever thought about being your own secret shopper? Public Relation skills are less and less. I would think any business would want to stand out above the rest, we shall see.

I would give this store negative stars but its not possible. This place is a disgrace. Filthy store with rude "customer service" reps and I use the term "customer service" loosely. No toilet paper in the restrooms, no hand soap, no nothing but when it's only open when the staff feels like coming in, apparently customers don't need those things anyway.
