The employees will lie about when packages arrive. The stand around and not take care of customers. They treat customers that come in as nuisances

If you want a HOOD experience this is your location! You will be half a$$ greeted and then ignored. You might as well self serve and hope the package gets to its destination. So disappointed in the customer service for my first visit. Too bad that customers are not the top priority. Would not recommend doing this ever again. I will drive or simply pay for pick up service in the future period!!! Simply don’t DO it and good luck!
