I do NOT recommend this place at all. I have filed my taxes with them over the last couple of years but decided not to continue because I RARELY have a good experience. I called this morning to request an additional document the new place I’m doing my taxes requested. Upon calling whoever answered was very rude about putting me on hold. However instead of placing me on hold I’m assuming she put the phone down. Needless to say I heard the conversation this woman was having with a client in Spanish. I heard her Wells Fargo bank account information, upon hearing that I immediately hung up because it was zero of my business. I understand accidents happen but there is zero professionalism going on. I then sent them an email requesting that they send me the information prior to the end of the day. To no surprise I never heard back.

I have been doing my taxes there with Jesus Efren for 6 years and I have never had any problems, he is very attentive and always suggests expenses that sometimes we forget what we pay!
