I'm not happy about this facility it is 3 times during past few months they never sent out my packages which is consider a lost. But tracking number show that it was never live a ficility

This location used be a great location with kind and helpful people.
Today a guy working here asked me to open the package so he can check inside.
Never had a someone with this kind of attitude toward a customer.
Never coming back to this postal office ever again.

I have dropped of hundreds of packages here for ebay sales, I always use the kiosk and have never had a package come up missing. The staff is professional. With the post office profit margins they are doing very well working with very little.

My Mail Person is not delivering my mail. Informed Delivery lets me know what letters are expected each day. But nothing shows up or arrives. Concerned since some of my bills are not arriving. Is anyone else having this problem?

I wouldn't. There is a risk that the wrapping paper is torn to shreds while in transit, causing the label fall off. Either wrap the gift in shipping paper or drop it in a box before placing the label.
Yes USPS does 3 attempts to redeliver. You need to go in to the location and talk with the manager she will talk to the carrier and they may have the package or she will relay this to the carrier.
How much are post office boxes? Po box to receive mail in.

if your return address was on the letter, it should be returned to you for postage, but may take 2 days

There is no set hours of delivery. Depending on the time of year, the deliver 12 to 14 hours a day.
Carrier status. Found mailbox wide open, yet I saw the carrier down a few blocks away at 230 this afternoon. How do you contact them. I should have a card in there.
