By far the best experience. Joseph was the employee that assisted me, he was very friendly, fast, and got right on it. He knew every customer that walked through the door on what they needed , had done. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! Would definitely recommend this place! The staff in general was very friendly and helpfu!

The worst service in the world is in this pep boys. I took my car Sunday and after 2 hours waiting to fix a flat tire because of a nail, I have to come back Monday because the tire was flat again, when I got to the shop they tell me I have to wait 3 hours for them to fix it because they have too much work. Instead of giving me priority since they did such a poor job. DO NOT GO TO THIS PEPBOYS.

OK this location (Northlake blvd east of I-95) is open : Mon-Sat 7am-7pm and Sun 9am-5pm .. you could call that same location and press 3 on the prompts for the hours .. (is how I did it) youre welcome !
