This is a really nice place. I recently applied for an apartment in this building because compared to other places I have seen, this was by far the cleanest and amiable place. The Property Manager Marta gave us a tour of the building and I was surprised by how well the building is maintained. There are laundry facilities on each floor and they were very clean. The elevator is also maintained clean. The hallways smell so clean and fresh and everyone is so friendly. Marta was exceptionally helpful with the process of applying. She explains every single detail to make sure that I was aware of all expectations from being a resident here. Every resident I've spoken with speaks highly of her and her ability to manage this facility. My sister also moved in and is extremely happy.
